I currently work as a social media designer and manager for Bay Alarm Company on a contract basis. In this role, I am responsible for being the company’s voice across social channels, which includes scheduling posts, responding to comments/queries, and creating content to enhance brand awareness. Other tasks include staying up-to-date with current technologies and social media trends, learning design tools and applications, collecting engagement data, and working directly with the marketing manager to design and implement social media content strategies that align with business goals. We also plan digital campaigns that build brand loyalty and share the company’s unique messaging.
