I worked as a social media designer and manager for Integrated Healthcare Association on a contract basis. In this role, I was responsible for being the company’s voice across social channels, which included scheduling posts, responding to comments/queries, and creating content to enhance brand awareness. Other tasks included staying up-to-date with current technologies and social media trends, learning design tools and applications, collecting engagement data, and working directly with the marketing manager to design and implement social media content strategies that aligned with business goals. We also planned digital campaigns that built brand loyalty and shared the company’s unique messaging.
